Great location, the apartment is located in the center of Novalja. The balcony is convenient for having aperitifs at sunset..
It has no elevator so it is better to bring small suitcases if you do not want to lose your life by walking three floors with heavy suitcases.

Good value for money
Excellent location and tranquility. 3min walk to Novalja sea front. Adequate for groups of friends who want to be together in the same structure but with the convenience of being spread out in several apartments.
The condition of the apartments is not excellent. A bit of general maintenance and more attention to cleanliness would be needed.
